RETURNS
If we made mistake with your order or items received are damaged:
Sincere apologies that this has happened.
Please notify us at thekiariofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
You will be required to ship the item/s back to us.
We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided.
Shipping will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement to you.
In the event that the item/s you ordered is no longer available, you may select another item of the same value
or a refund will be made through store credits.
Please make sure the exchange item is in
its original condition and not damaged.
Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged.
We will only accept one exchange per order.
Not valid for refunds in cash or store credits.
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
